We accept credit card orders online through our Paypal SSL secure ordering system. You can also email email@example.com for questions about ordering.
If you encounter technical difficulties sending a payment through Paypal, please feel free to email us. We will send you a Paypal invoice for the appropriate amount to make it easier to submit payment. Please be sure to include your order number and the order quote in your email.
Taxes and Charges
We are required to charge 7% sales tax only on orders shipped to a Mississippi address.
While most orders begin the shipping process immediately, please allow up to 48 business hours to process and ship your order. If your order is placed on a weekend, it will be processed the following Monday. If an item is on backorder, out of stock, or if additional time is needed to make your jewelry, you will be notified by email.
Merchandise will be shipped insured via USPS, please allow 3-5 days for delivery. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us about faster shipping options.
All USPS deliveries must be made to a verifiable street address.
Please make sure you double check your shipping delivery address.
Please ensure that you choose a safe and secure shipping delivery address. If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, or public institution, such as a college, hospital or hotel, the carrier may choose to leave the package with a fellow employee, neighbor, receptionist, etc. Upon signature or acceptance of goods by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. Scott Badders Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.

Returns and Exchanges
We strive for loyal and happy customers. If you are not satisfied with
your purchase from Scott Badders Designs, please take advantage of our
"Money Back Guarantee" return policy.
Note: Custom-made or modified jewelry and rings made-to-size cannot be returned unless defective.
Our "Money Back Guarantee" is meant to make your shopping experience enjoyable, convenient, and risk-free. You may return any item for a full refund of the purchase price less any shipping charges.
Restocking fee may apply.
The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all documentation, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. "New and unused" means sell-able condition, not dirty, worn, or scratched.
We cannot accept returns for an item with any indication that it has been used.

Notice: For health reasons some products such as earrings and body jewelry cannot be returned unless defective.
1. For an exchange, indicate
on the invoice what item you wish to exchange the returned jewelry for. Be sure
to include the jewelry item name, number, and price of item you wish to
exchange it with. It is very important to
include your daytime phone number in case we have to contact you. In order
to receive a refund or exchange, the jewelry must not show signs of damage,
wear, or alteration.
4.Write the word EXCHANGE or RETURN on the package invoice, to indicate the type of processing. You may return or exchange any item except, final clearance items, custom orders, engraved items, or altered items for any reason, within 5 days of your purchase.

returns or exchanges.
Note: Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
We warranty all of our jewelry from defects, workmanship, or stone loss for 90 days after purchase. If your order arrives at your door damaged from shipping, we will either repair the damaged item if possible, or ship out a new one. Customers have 3 days after the delivery date to notify us about any shipping damage. After the original item with the damaged package has been returned to us for inspection, we will determine whether to repair or replace the item. We work hard to make your shopping experience at Scott Badders Designs an enjoyable one. Lost stones due to abuse or mysterious disappearance, including, but not limited to, bent prongs or tampering, will not be covered under this warranty. Scott Badders Designs is not liable or responsible for incorrect or incomplete pricing errors or descriptions. We try our best to make all prices and descriptions on our website accurate.
Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us email@example.com or call us at 1-662-298-6146 within 4 hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. Don't worry! Even after the 4 hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped, but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time.
